Job Description

Human Resource Executive – Site Operations

Location: Head Office
Department: Human Resources

Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, administration, and employee welfare activities for Site. The role includes ensuring HR compliance, timely reporting, and effective coordination with site teams and management.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

· Handle manpower planning, sourcing and recruitment for project sites, including technical and non-technical roles.

· Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews with site teams, and manage offer roll-outs.

· Ensure timely onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation of new employees.

HR Administration & Compliance

· Maintain employee master data, attendance, and joining records.

· Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, and salary input support.

· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, factory rules, and statutory requirements.

· Coordinate contract labour documentation and vendor records, where applicable.

· Maintain HR files, registers, and compliance-related documentation.

Employee Welfare & Engagement

· Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and welfare requirements from site locations.

· Coordinate accommodation, medical, canteen, and transportation support for site employees.

· Support initiatives related to employee well-being, safety, and hygiene in coordination with site teams.

Reporting & Site Coordination

· Coordinate with site supervisors, project teams and O&M teams for HR-related activities.

· Visit project sites as required for audits, reviews, employee interaction, and HR coordination.

· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HR reports to HoD & management.

· Track and report absenteeism, manpower deployment, and incidents.

Key Skills & Requirements

· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

· Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

· Willingness to travel to project sites as and when required.

· Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
