Understand client manpower requirements, job descriptions and desired candidate profile by coordinating with client HR/hiring managers. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, database, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, evaluate fitment (skills, experience, salary, notice period) and create qualified shortlists. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, share feedback, and manage the process till offer stage. Follow up with candidates and clients on interview feedback, offers, joining, and ensure successful joining and billing. Maintain and update candidate and client records in Excel/ATS/CRM and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
