Role & responsibilities Strategy and planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs. Job creation: Write and update job descriptions and specifications. Candidate sourcing: Proactively search for and attract qualified candidates using databases, social media, professional networks, and job boards. Screening and assessment: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and assess candidates' skills and qualifications. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team. Offer and negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation and benefits, and manage the closing process. Candidate experience: Ensure a positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring process by acting as a point of contact and providing feedback. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires to help them become fully integrated into the company. Record keeping: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate information. Reporting: Track and report on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and time-to-fill. Checks: Perform reference and background checks to verify candidate information. (a) Continuously monitor camera screens at the main gate and observe live footage from surveillance cameras. (b) Monitor for suspicious activity and immediately alert security staff or management in case of theft, molestation, teasing, or any other criminal activity. (c) Monitor the safety of cleaning staff, diet center staff, service center staff, patients, and MCH ward / OPD patients. (d) Report any anti-social behavior to management. (e) Maintain a log of all incidents and forward it to the Security Officer and Administration Manager for prompt action. (f) Remain alert and observant at all times and be able to work independently without supervision. (g) Act discreetly and never discuss anything observed on the monitor with outsiders. (h) Remain calm under pressure. (i) Respond quickly to incidents. (j) Be computer literate. (k) Work effectively as part of a team. (l) Possess excellent communication skills. (m) Be responsible for surveillance monitoring. (n) Be responsible for incident management. (o) Be responsible for compliance and record maintenance. (p) Be responsible for equipment maintenance and camera positioning. (q) Regularly check camera visibility, remove obstacles, and ensure clear footage. (r) Conduct regular inspections of all surveillance equipment to ensure proper functionality.
