Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. 

 

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates,

including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

• Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates'

qualifications, skills, and fit for the position and company culture.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring

managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

• Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout

the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback, and addressing any concerns or

questions they may have.

• Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate

salary and benefits packages when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process to

ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

• Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions,

applications, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems or other HR software.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, either in an HR role or as a recruiter in a staffing

agency.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software will be beneficial.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for

effectively communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with

candidates and colleagues is crucial for success in this role.

• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to

manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and address recruitment challenges creatively

and proactively is valuable in overcoming obstacles and ensuring a successful hiring process.

• Ethical Conduct: Adhering to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling

sensitive candidate information is imperative for building trust and credibility as an HR

recruiter.

• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities for navigating changes and

evolving priorities in recruitment, particularly in dynamic and competitive job markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience of at least 3 to 5 years as a recruiter.
  • Candidates having experience in education institutes preferred.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets
