Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing abilities, a good understanding of IT roles, and experience in fast-paced recruitment environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for various IT & Non-IT positions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on job requirements
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of IT & Non-IT recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of technical skills and IT roles
