Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through headhunting techniques to fill open positions within the organization.
Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, Sourcing Profiles, Salary Negotiation, Shortlisting, Screening skills required.
Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S or MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations an added advantage).
