Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through headhunting techniques to fill open positions within the organization.
  • Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, Sourcing Profiles, Salary Negotiation, Shortlisting, Screening skills required.
  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S or MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations an added advantage).
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field (head hunting preferred).
