About the Company

Nio Stars Technologies LLP is a growing IT solutions provider specializing in Cybersecurity, Network Security, NOC/SOC Services, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

As we scale operations across India, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional to support and strengthen our people function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Understand manpower requirements in coordination with team leads.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Foster a positive work environment and implement engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions and exit interviews.
• Address employee grievances and escalate issues appropriately.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and benefits administration.

4. Policy & Process Development

• Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
• Periodically review and update policies to reflect company growth and market trends.

5. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and training needs with department heads.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions, especially for technical roles (e.g., NOC/SOC teams).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech/Startup environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HR tools, employment laws, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software (if any).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to IT hiring, especially for roles like SOC Analyst, Network Engineers, BDEs.
• Experience in scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ISO or other IT compliance frameworks.
