To strengthen our brand presence, we are seeking a creative professional who can design impactful visual content and marketing collateral.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer specializing in Branding and Motion Graphics who can create compelling visuals across multiple platforms. The candidate will design pitch decks, presentations, social media creatives, and marketing materials, along with producing engaging motion graphics to support campaigns and client communications.

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Experience Required: 2 Years - 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity assets.
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for client proposals and internal use.
• Design and prepare marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, case studies, infographics, and whitepapers.
• Create social media posts and ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop motion graphics / animated content for marketing campaigns, explainer videos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to translate ideas into creative concepts.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual communication across all channels.
• Stay updated with design and motion graphics trends in the cybersecurity / IT industry.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in cybersecurity or IT domain).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing material, social media creatives, and motion graphics.
• Expertise in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD/Figma) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in creating presentations and pitch decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
