Nio Stars Technologies LLP is a fast-growing cybersecurity solutions provider committed to safeguarding organizations from evolving digital threats. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Offline Sales Executive who will play a key role in building client relationships and driving business growth through direct engagement and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to client organizations to understand requirements and present company solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
• Visit client sites for events, exhibitions, or other business-related activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and offering appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to the management team.
• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

· Master’s degree in marketing (MBA preferred).

· 3–5 years of proven experience in offline or field sales, preferably in IT/technology/cybersecurity.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to present technical solutions in a simple and client-friendly manner.

· Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

· Willingness to travel extensively for site visits, client meetings, and events.

Location: Pune (Kharadi) – with frequent client site visits

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
