Job Description

Job Title: Recruiter (Freshers Only!) Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan Experience: Fresher / 0 experience required Background: No HR background/ degree, or anything related to HR not required. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across verticals. Source and screen candidates using various platforms and tools. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with stakeholders. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions. Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent. Update and manage recruitment databases and reports. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and deliver within deadlines.
