Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. They will develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The Recruiter will also maintain and update candidate databases and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, screening, and recruiting
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job boards
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
