Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Recruiter with 15 years of experience to handle both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills and be willing to work on alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for

  Non-IT positions

• Understand client or internal hiring requirements and job specifications
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability
  
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  
• Adhere to recruitment timelines and quality standards
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1- 5 years of experience in

  IT and/or Non-IT recruitment

• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
  
• Willingness to work from Coimbatore location
  
• Willing to work on

  alternate Saturdays

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment
  
• Familiarity with a wide range of IT and Non-IT roles
  
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
