About the role:

Recruiter will own full cycle recruiting for targeted job families in the business. This role would drive the cause of hiring exceptional talent at the right time & cost by effectively leveraging a mix of talent sourcing channels.


What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for delivering high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process in an expedient manner
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and recommending qualified candidates for assigned requisitions
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Actively develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs
  • Utilize creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting/interviewing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Work with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to candidates
  • Work with the P&C Wellbeing Partner and BU/Function Lead(er)s to develop a strategy that builds proactive talent network
  • Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business results


Who we’re looking for:

  • 4-8 years of full cycle recruiting experience in both IT & non-IT sectors
  • Demonstrated ability with and interest in recruiting for a diverse spectrum of positions
  • Excellent track record of building proactive candidate sourcing strategies
  • Experience working in an environment that embraces technology, including previous experience managing/implementing recruiting applications/social media and other recruiting tools
  • Experience in salary negotiations with candidates
  • Strong team player; the ability to work closely with the broader recruiting team members and hiring managers
  • Must have a "solutions-focus", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity of candidates and hires
  • Effective sourcing skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary.
