Job Summary

Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

  , social media, databases, referrals, and networking
• Understand job requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies for each role
  
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  
• Engage passive candidates through emails, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach methods
  
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth handover of shortlisted candidates
  
• Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing metrics in ATS or tracking sheets
  
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent market mapping
  
• Meet sourcing SLAs and hiring timelines
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• 13 years of experience in

  talent sourcing / recruitment sourcing

• Strong expertise in

  Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals

• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing best practices
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ATS tools
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in

  Non-IT/ BPO Hiring/Niche skill sourcing

  (if applicable)
• Knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor mapping
  
• Exposure to diversity hiring or campus sourcing.
