Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented professional to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization and make a significant impact on our sales performance. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving our sales targets. This role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Set sales goals and objectives for the team and individual representatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
