Job Role Responsible for calling leads, explaining project details, fixing site visits, and maintaining follow-up with potential buyers. Key Responsibilities Call inbound & outbound leads daily Explain residential plot projects clearly Schedule site visits for the sales team Maintain follow-up with old leads Update CRM / daily reports (leads, follow-ups, visits arranged) Handle customer queries politely and professionally Skills Required Good communication (Kannada + basic English/Hindi) Confident and polite phone manner Basic computer knowledge Ability to convert leads into site visits Experience 6months to 3 years (real estate experience added advantage) Salary Fixed salary + high incentives (per site visit & per booking)
