Quality Analyst

• A Quality Analyst evaluates products and services against quality standards by conducting tests, analyzing data, and identifying defects to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include developing test plans, performing various types of testing (manual and automated), documenting issues, and collaborating with development and customer service teams to resolve problems and meet user expectations. Quality Analysts are essential in manufacturing, healthcare, and technology sectors, playing a crucial role in maintaining quality management systems and enhancing overall performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
• Testing and Inspection: Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and non-conformities in products, software, or processes. Data Analysis: Analyze statistical and performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Document test results, known defects, and quality metrics, and present detailed reports to management and relevant teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and customer service teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Quality Assurance Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure consistent high standards. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement corrective and preventative actions to improve product quality and system efficiency.
• User Expectation Alignment: Ensure that final products and services meet or exceed user expectations and industry standards.
• Auditing: Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and processes. Required Skills
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and analyze complex issues.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing methodologies, such as manual and automated testing, and familiarity with quality management tools.
