As we continue to innovate and expand, we are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of OKAS. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Python-based back-end systems for the OKAS platform. Implement new features and optimize the existing OKAS architecture for enhanced performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs, sensors, and devices. Develop and manage efficient database schemas and back-end services to support the OKAS platform. Work on the automation, data collection, and analytics features within the OKAS system. Ensure the code is robust, reusable, and secure while adhering to best coding practices. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner to ensure continuous functionality. Participate in agile team meetings, offering your insights to improve the product and team performance. Required Skills: Proficient in Python with experience in frameworks like Django or Flask. Experience with IoT solutions and smart home technology integration is a strong plus. Database Management – Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React.js, Angular ) for integration purposes. Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture. Experience with home automation protocols such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, or similar will be advantageous. Version control using Git, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines . Understanding of software security best practices, especially in IoT environments.
