Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and provide accurate information regarding PayNearby services
  • Resolve user queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution if needed

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification:

    HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate

  • Must have

    good communication skills

    (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to appl

Work Schedule:6 Days Working

    7:00 AM 8:00 PM
