Proposal Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end proposal writing process

  , including drafting, formatting, reviewing, and finalizing proposals.
• Write, edit, and proofread

  non-technical proposals, amendments, and business documents

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of proposals.
  
• Create and maintain a

  repository of standard proposal templates and content

  for re-use.
• Assist in writing

  blogs, posts, and other business communication material

  .
• Ensure all content is clear, concise, error-free, and aligned with company standards.
  
• Track proposal deadlines and ensure smooth workflow and approvals.
  
• Support continuous improvement of the proposal management process.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

  .

• 1–3 years of experience

  in proposal writing, content writing, or coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal

  English communication skills

  (mandatory).
• Ability to

  manage multiple tasks

  and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools.
  
• Based in

  Pune

  (mandatory).
