As a Proposal Coordinator at our growing company, your role will involve collaborating with Proposal Managers to write, format, and produce responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and other marketing materials. Your responsibilities will include technical editing, print production, presentation development, and written assignments under tight deadlines. You will also support business development, proposal writing, and marketing activities by performing tasks such as analyzing RFPs, tracking amendments, developing templates, coordinating submissions, researching, writing, editing proposal content, and more. Your qualifications and skills should include a Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing, excellent organizational skills, superior written communication abilities, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, editing skills, leadership qualities, time management skills, and critical thinking abilities.
