Proposal Coordinator

As a dynamic and experienced candidate, you will be joining our Business Development Team to take on the following responsibilities: - **Proposal Management**: - Handling documentation, bid preparation (non-technical parts), internal & external coordination, bid compilation, bid submission (online & offline), and tracking. - **Coordination & Communication**: - Engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. - **Database Maintenance**: - Managing internal ERP systems relevant to BD/ Marketing, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. - **BD Analysis & Market Research**: - Generating BD update reports & presentations, conducting market research to support business development strategies. - **Marketing Support**: - Assisting in Marketing activities such as Events & Conferences, and coordinating related tasks. **Qualifications**: - Graduation degree is the minimum requirement. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Tender preparation and submission. **Skills Required**: - Proficient in written and verbal communication in English. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential, while knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player. - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
