Proposal Coordinator

As a dynamic and well-organized individual, you will join the Avantpage Proposal Team to contribute to the proposal process for Avantpage and Avantpage Life Sciences. Your role will involve researching and creating systems to facilitate proposal submissions. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Public Records Request/Competitor Bid process for current and past bids - Prepare proposals within Hubspot and create necessary folders - Coordinate client references and manage resumes for bids - Assist in creating and administering Avantpage's proposals management tool, Loopio - Prepare and organize proposal components for submission - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Excellent writing skills in English to craft compelling and persuasive proposals - Native or near-native proficiency in English - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently - Understanding of translation project management principles and the localization industry (preferred) - Interest in sales and business development - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat - Familiarity with proposal management tools like Hubspot and Loopio (or similar CRM and proposal software) - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team - Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes - Proactive and inquisitive nature, with a strong work ethic and tenacity,
