Conducts a basic quality check of the final printed proposal documents, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and adherence to the Three C’s of proposal development (compelling, compliant, comprehensive). Experience in the IT Staffing proposals for State/County/Local in US Excellent organization/time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
