Proposal Writer

You will be joining RADISE India as a Proposal Coordinator/Writer in Hyderabad to work on a variety of IT Staffing Proposals. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage the analysis of RFP documents to understand requirements and formulate questions for client clarification. - Create a basic compliance matrix and schedule, outlining the entire proposal process from initiation to delivery. - Participate in writing non-technical sections of the proposal, such as project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, and various management plans. - Collaborate with Contracts to ensure all financial and legal requirements, as well as proposal forms, are addressed per RFQ/RFP guidelines. - Develop a foundational understanding of all requirements specified in the RFQ/RFP documents. - Produce initial and final versions of proposal documents, ensuring responsiveness to the RFP, accuracy, and basic quality. Focus on document layout for clear visual presentation. - Conduct a basic quality check of the final printed proposal documents, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and adherence to the Three Cs of proposal development (compelling, compliant, comprehensive). Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Degree, with prior experience in Proposal writing. - Experience in IT Staffing proposals for State/County/Local in the US. - Excellent organization and time management skills to meet strict deadlines. - Strong command of the English language, solid writing skills, and an ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
