Technical Proposal writer Key tasks and responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales Team and management and manager of the department to build a market intelligence plan that identifies important trends, opportunities, and decision-makers in target market sectors. Assist with market analysis and research for each market segment being targeted for different government agencies under the guidance of department manager. No programming experience is required.
