Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join as Project Sales Head & Investor Relations, responsible for driving topline growth across all residential and commercial luxury real estate projects. This is a senior-level role responsible for driving investment sales and managing relationships with investors in the real estate sector. Key responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies, preparing investors for fundraising and due diligence, fostering strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts, creating investor communications and reporting materials, and collaborating with internal teams like finance and acquisitions.
This role will align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management into a unified growth engine that ensures consistent revenue delivery, stronger brand presence, and an exceptional customer experience. The role will directly oversee the Sales, CRM and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and alignment with the company's long-term vision.
