Job Description

About the Role: At Reneev Developers, we’re seeking a proactive and trustworthy professional to join our team as a Customer Finance & Collections Executive. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring timely customer collections, efficient KYC processing, and seamless coordination with banking institutions for loan disbursements as per construction-linked slabs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and familiar with real estate finance workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Collection Management Track due payments from homebuyers and ensure timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email reminders. Maintain a systematic ledger of due dates, amounts, and follow-up logs. Coordinate with internal teams for escalation in case of delays or disputes. 2. KYC & Documentation Collect, verify, and maintain complete customer KYC documents as per project and financial norms. Ensure compliance with RERA and internal documentation policies. Maintain updated digital and physical records for audit and compliance use. 3. Cheque Handling & Banking Coordination Collect post-dated and current-dated cheques from customers in coordination with the Sales/Admin team. Ensure timely deposit of cheques at designated bank branches. Maintain cheque registers and reconciliation logs in coordination with the accounts team. 4. Loan Disbursement Coordination Liaise with banks and housing finance companies (HFCs) to follow up on disbursements according to construction-linked plans. Prepare and submit demand letters, slab-wise progress reports, and project documentation to relevant financial institutions. Coordinate site visits for bank engineers and valuation officers, when required. 5. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the Sales, CRM, Site, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless information flow and customer experience. Communicate proactively regarding any deviation in collection timelines, documentation delays, or legal observations. 6. Customer Interaction & Service Act as a finance touchpoint for customers post-sale. Provide support and clarity regarding loan disbursement stages and payment expectations. Ensure all client interactions are documented and followed up professionally. Key Skills & Requirements: Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (preferred) Strong understanding of construction-linked plans and real estate payment cycles Familiarity with banking coordination, cheque handling, and KYC documentation Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills Organized, with strong attention to detail and reporting ability Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
