Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop organization-wide architecture and methodologies for the design and implementation of processes and tools to provide analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing and operations support across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit.
  • Collaborate with business team to identify and evaluate new technologies, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value.
  • Leverage BFSI domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership, partners and customers.
  • Establish, execute and oversee Program/ Project’s Governance – Stakeholders management, communications, benefits management, change management & Scope management, team work environment, onboarding.
  • Estimation and Planning - Establish, execute and oversee project delivery estimation and planning (team resource and timeline)
  • Experience in end-to-end project execution using Agile methodology
  • Metrics and Reporting - Establish, execute project's operations (Budget, forecasting, margin, billing/invoicing, handling regulatory & compliance requirements).
  • Drive for Results - Drive optimal business value though scope management, change management, communication ceremonies, acceptance criteria, negotiation, etc.
  • Execution Excellence - Lead the setup and then the daily running of a project ( task assignment and optimization, resource schedules, planning, logistics, tracking, issues/risk management, running meetings, organizing events, status reporting, adhoc reporting, signoffs).
  • Partner Relationship Management - Establish and build relationships with partner and other stakeholders for the project.
  • Managing Teams - Lead team by supporting and driving career growth, personal/ team development, well being, diversity and inclusion.
  • Community Development - Lead and personally contribute to the continuous improvement of the program & project management guild and community (best practices, networking, standards, training, tools).
  • Compliance - Responsible for Project Management tool and process compliance (Delivery Governance Dashboard).



Qualifications

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
  • Expertise in technologies such as Core Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Mobile App, Oracle and must have skills in

-Account and Delivery Management

  • Portfolio and Project Management (PPM)



Experience

Overall experience of 15 to 20 years with minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience related to IT Project Management in BFSI industry.
