Leapcodes is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-functional digital transformation projects — spanning branding, marketing, software development, data & AI, and cloud infrastructure services.
This role is responsible for managing client relationships, internal coordination, vendor management, and overall delivery governance. The ideal candidate will act as the operational bridge between clients, internal departments, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of all project commitments.
Candidates with an MBA in Marketing, Operations, or Business Management and strong business communication skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Management -
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, transparency, and satisfaction across all engagements.
Translate client goals and business requirements into actionable project plans and measurable deliverables.
Conduct periodic review meetings, progress updates, and steering committee sessions with clients and internal teams.
Ensure smooth communication between client stakeholders, internal departments, and management.
Project Planning & Delivery -
Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Design, Development, Marketing, Cloud, and Data units.
Monitor and track project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Implement effective project governance, documentation, and change management practices.
Drive adherence to SOWs, SLAs, and internal quality standards.
Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination -
Identify and manage vendors, subcontractors, and freelancers supporting various projects.
Negotiate scopes, timelines, and deliverables to align with project goals and budgets.
Track vendor performance and ensure quality output as per Leapcodes’ delivery framework.
Reporting & Performance Tracking -
Develop and maintain project dashboards capturing KPIs like delivery timelines, cost utilization, quality metrics, and client satisfaction.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing project health and status.
Facilitate audits, reviews, and documentation updates as part of governance.
Business Communication & Collaboration -
Maintain effective communication across departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
Provide leadership support to internal teams by clarifying deliverables and removing bottlenecks.
Work closely with leadership and sales teams to support proposal creation, resource planning, and business forecasting.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and technology project lifecycles.
Excellent client management, coordinatioSohond interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in project management tools (Zoho, Jira, Asana, MS Projects or equivalent).
Familiar with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
Solid background in vendor management, cost tracking, and delivery governance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and business metrics.
Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and reporting.
Adept in AI Productivity Tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance or Mass Communication.
MBA in Marketing / Operations / Business Management preferred.
4+ years of experience managing client-facing IT or digital transformation projects.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
