We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of client projects while ensuring strong client relationships and financial discipline. The role requires not only strong project execution skills but also the ability to manage client accounts, track financial health, and contribute to long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

· Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.

· Define project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

· Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent) for tracking tasks, dependencies, risks, and reporting.

· Maintain detailed documentation of project status, change requests, and escalations.

· Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and pass internal quality checks.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout project execution.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct regular review meetings, demos, and milestone updates with clients.
• Align project execution with client goals, business priorities, and evolving requirements.

Financial Oversight (Accounts within Projects)

• Track and monitor project-level financials including budget utilization, billing, and receivables.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments receivable.
• Highlight and resolve any financial risks such as delayed payments or scope overrun costs.
• Ensure profitability and account health across assigned projects.

Account Growth & Retention

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services during project interactions.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Provide input to leadership on account expansion strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software services.
• Strong experience in managing both project delivery and client-facing responsibilities.
• Hands-on exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
