Job Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. This a full-time position for our office in Kochi. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support , ensuring alignment with client goals. Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations , ensuring delivery excellence. Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX) across geographies and time zones. Establish and implement project governance, reporting mechanisms , and risk management plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders , ensuring transparency and trust. Ensure adherence to quality standards , compliance requirements, and internal delivery processes. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests , maintaining project control and stakeholder confidence. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and learning . Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred). 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT services . Experience managing projects in one or more of: Healthcare , Industrial Automation , Retail . Solid understanding of SDLC , Agile/Scrum , and DevOps practices . Proven experience in delivering web and mobile application projects , preferably involving cloud deployment . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities with senior stakeholders and global clients. Demonstrated success managing multi-location teams and complex delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR), Industrial IoT , or Retail ERP/eCommerce platforms. Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with project tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, Azure DevOps) and reporting dashboards (Power BI, Excel).
