Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from
requirements gathering
through
deployment and support
, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Define and manage
project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
, ensuring delivery excellence.

Coordinate
cross-functional teams
(development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX) across geographies and time zones.

Establish and implement
project governance, reporting mechanisms
, and risk management plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, vendors, and stakeholders
, ensuring transparency and trust.

Ensure adherence to
quality standards

Identify and manage

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor s degree
in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred).

5+ years
of project management experience in
software development or IT services

Experience managing projects in one or more of:

Retail
.

Solid understanding of
SDLC
,
Agile/Scrum
, and
DevOps practices
.

Proven experience in delivering
web and mobile application projects
, preferably involving
cloud deployment

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent
communication and presentation
abilities with senior stakeholders and global clients.

Demonstrated success managing
multi-location teams
and complex delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to
Healthcare standards
(HIPAA, HL7, FHIR),
Industrial IoT

Retail ERP/eCommerce
platforms.

Experience working with
cloud environments
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with
project tracking tools
