Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has successfully handled end-to-end

rollouts of physical infrastructure projects whether in healthcare, retail, F&B, travel, aviation, or

other service-based industries.

The position focuses on multi-departmental coordination, planning, and rollout control, ensuring

that all project stakeholders work cohesively to deliver new sites and facilities on schedule, within

scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is a structured planner, proactive communicator, and result-oriented executor

with proven experience managing projects across geographies and multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Execution

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure rollout projects from planning and

approvals to handover and operational readiness.

Develop detailed implementation schedules, identify interdependencies, and track progress

against milestones.

  • Anticipate potential delays and proactively address cross-functional challenges.

Ensure that projects are executed in alignment with company standards, quality benchmarks,

and timelines.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners across planning, design,

procurement, staffing, technology, operations, and finance.

Ensure all functions remain aligned to project timelines and objectives.

Maintain effective communication channels and structured governance mechanisms to drive

accountability.

3. Remote Monitoring & Reporting

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously through centralized tracking tools (Smartsheet, MS

Project, Bitrix24, or ERP-based dashboards).

Prepare weekly progress reports, escalation summaries, and risk assessments for

management.

Standardize project reporting formats for visibility and consistency across geographies.

4. Governance & Handover

Ensure regulatory, safety, and operational compliance before project go-live.

Conduct readiness and snagging reviews prior to handover.

Document project learnings, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities for

future rollouts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.

MBA (preferred) in Project Management, Operations, or General Management.

Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PM preferred.

Experience

10–15 years of experience managing multi-location rollout projects such as healthcare

facilities, retail outlets, offices, or hospitality units.

Demonstrated success in coordinating diverse functions and managing remote teams.

Experience with project management tools and ERP-based progress tracking.

Skills & Attributes

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up discipline.

Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.

High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under minimal

supervision.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
