Job Overview & Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

·      Project Control and Management.

·      Project cost and time control within budget.

·      Ensure estimated Profitability of project.

·      Vendor visit and inspection of outsourced fabricated / other items.

·      Customer site visit to find resources for turnkey projects.

·      Technical Calculation of solution using proprietary tools

·      Customer interactions

·      Preparation of Scope matrix and project management document

·      Costing and pricing with support from management

·      Customer site visit to work out refurbishment proposals

·      Lesioning with external suppliers of package solution to work out a complete turnkey proposal.

·      Communication inside and outside regarding new products and services on offer

·      Generation of Leads and Opportunities.

·      Customer relationship building and maintaining

·      Key account management.

·      Generation of Customer testimonials, Videos of references, pictures, etc.

·      Support Sales with customer relationship as and when needed.

· Back-end support to Front line sales team as and when required.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of handling multiple stakeholders and developing strong relationships with customers to make them happy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor Project schedules for each and every project and agree with customer on regular basis.
• Develop and monitor internal project plan to set milestones for SCM, Operations and other teams.
• Visit Customer sites and work out practical implementable site execution plan for projects.
• Take full ownership of Cost and Resources control for each project. Raise early alarms for budget overshoots etc.
• Maintain excellent relationship with customers and coordinate with Service teams to ensure the projects are executed as promised in contract.

Salary and compensation

• Salary and compensation will be at par with Industry standard.
