Job Title: Project Execution Manager – Retail Projects Location: Gurgaon Industry: Retail Interior Fit-Out / Project Management Company Background: Candidates with experience in companies like Satin Neo Dimensions or similar preferred Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Execution Manager to lead and oversee the execution of multiple retail interior fit-out projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, resource management, and execution across 4–5 retail sites concurrently, while managing a team of 10+ supervisors and site staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple retail interior fit-out projects (4–5 simultaneously). Manage and supervise a team of 10+ site supervisors, contractors, and vendors across various locations. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors. Review technical drawings, BOQs, and work schedules; ensure smooth implementation on-site. Monitor daily progress, troubleshoot execution challenges, and enforce corrective actions. Prepare and submit project reports, including timelines, cost tracking, resource utilization, and progress updates. Ensure adherence to design specifications, brand guidelines, and statutory compliance. Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and handover processes. Forecast project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in retail interior fit-outs/project execution. Proven track record of managing 4–5 projects simultaneously and handling large site teams. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Excellent knowledge of project execution methodologies, timelines, and quality standards. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and other project management tools. Willingness to travel to different project sites across regions as required. Preferred Background: Previous work with reputed retail project management firms or interior execution companies like Satin Neo Dimensions, JLL, Livspace, Space Matrix, etc. Strong network of contractors, vendors, and suppliers in the retail fit-out domain.
