The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, resource management, and execution across 4–5 retail sites concurrently, while managing a team of 10+ supervisors and site staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple retail interior fit-out projects (4–5 simultaneously). Manage and supervise a team of 10+ site supervisors, contractors, and vendors across various locations. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors. Review technical drawings, BOQs, and work schedules; ensure smooth implementation on-site. Monitor daily progress, troubleshoot execution challenges, and enforce corrective actions. Prepare and submit project reports, including timelines, cost tracking, resource utilization, and progress updates. Ensure adherence to design specifications, brand guidelines, and statutory compliance. Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and handover processes. Forecast project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.
