We focus on combining great design, seamless operations, and high-quality customer experience.As we continue scaling across channels like Shopify, Amazon, and major marketplaces, we’re seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to provide clear leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and establish project frameworks that enable teams to deliver with speed and discipline.Role OverviewThe Project Manager will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives across ecommerce, operations, marketing, catalogue, and product teams. This role requires a highly structured thinker, strong communication, a deep understanding of PM methodologies, and hands-on leadership in a fast-scaling environment.This person will be reporting directly to the founders. It is also a leadership role.Key Responsibilities🔹 Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of company-wide projects across ecommerce, fulfilment, catalogue, and product functions.
- Build clear project scopes, timelines, requirements, and communication plans from zero.
- Define project milestones, prioritise tasks, mitigate risks, and unblock teams in real time.
- Conduct cross-functional stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile methods.
🔹 PMO & Process Ownership
- Build standardised PM frameworks, templates, and project governance processes from scratch.
- Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms for leadership visibility.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and improve existing SOPs.
- Implement best practices aligned with PMI standards.
🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate across ecommerce, operations, catalogue, logistics, creative, and support teams.
- Translate business goals into actionable project plans with clear ownership.
- Ensure cross-team communication remains transparent, consistent, and deadline-driven.
🔹 Tools, Automation & Efficiency
- Manage projects through Asana or similar PM tools.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities (Zapier, Make, AI tools, N8N).
🔹 Stakeholder & Leadership Management
- Partner directly with founders and department heads to prioritise initiatives.
- Provide weekly project status updates, risk logs, and execution insights to leadership.
- Manage internal contributors, contractors, and cross-functional project squads.
🔹 Quality, Risk & Delivery Assurance
- Anticipate risks and proactively build mitigation plans.
- Ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Maintain strict version control and change management practices.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 10+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or cross-functional leadership roles.
- PMP certification (mandatory).
- Proven success in E-commerce, or marketplace experience (Shopify, Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart).
- Strong experience building PM structures, SOPs, and governance systems.
- Expertise with PM tools (Asana preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating remote teams across time zones.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Bonus Points
- Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Make, AI platforms).
- Experience working with catalogue, product development, or creative teams.
- Background in startups or high-growth companies.
