What You’ll Do

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Sourcing candidate profiles daily via LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities
• Sending outreach messages using our templates and automation tools
• Pre-screening candidate form responses and updating trackers
• Evaluating CVs using our scoring system and SOP
• Flagging top candidates to the HR team
• Coordinating with the team to ensure strong candidates move quickly
• Learning best practices in hiring, automation, and candidate evaluation

• Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Organized and detail-oriented — especially with spreadsheets and checklists
• Curious about recruitment, hiring, or HR strategy
• Able to write clearly and spot quality in others’ writing
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Available for at least 25–30 hours/week during June–July
  

Bonus If You Have

• Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, or HR internships
• Familiarity with LinkedIn search, Google Sheets, or Asana
• An interest in wellness, healthtech, or startup culture
