What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and tracking high-quality candidates for our most critical roles — including Operations, Automation, Support, Design, and more. You’ll work closely with our HR lead and get real exposure to startup hiring.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Sourcing candidate profiles daily via LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities
- Sending outreach messages using our templates and automation tools
- Pre-screening candidate form responses and updating trackers
- Evaluating CVs using our scoring system and SOP
- Flagging top candidates to the HR team
- Coordinating with the team to ensure strong candidates move quickly
- Learning best practices in hiring, automation, and candidate evaluation

- Organized and detail-oriented — especially with spreadsheets and checklists
- Curious about recruitment, hiring, or HR strategy
- Able to write clearly and spot quality in others’ writing
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Available for at least 25–30 hours/week during June–July
Bonus If You Have
- Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, or HR internships
- Familiarity with LinkedIn search, Google Sheets, or Asana
- An interest in wellness, healthtech, or startup culture
