Designation: Project Manager - Capital Equipment/ System/ Plant Manufacturing for the Pharma Sector Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in a related field with Certification in Project Management. Years of Experience: 8 + years. Professional (PMP), Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Job Profile Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the design, production, and delivery of capital equipment/ System/ Plant Manufacturing for the Pharma Sector. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Accountable and Responsible for: Project Planning: - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. - Identify key milestones and deliverables. Execution and Monitoring: - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution. - Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track. - Conduct regular status meetings and report to senior management Quality Control: - Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications. - Implement quality assurance processes and address any defects or issues. Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Monitor and manage project risks to minimize impact. Communication: - Maintain clear and constant communication with stakeholders. - Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management. Budget Management: - Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency. - Approve expenditures and prepare financial reports. Vendor and Resource Management: - Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. - Allocate and manage internal resources effectively. Technical Skills: -Utilize MS Project for scheduling and project tracking. -Employ advanced Excel for detailed data analysis and reporting.
