Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Dhekiajuli. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors, developing project plans, monitoring and tracking project progress, managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and reporting and escalating issues as needed. The Project Manager will also ensure resource availability and allocation, perform risk management, and create comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications Project management skills, including excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in developing detailed project plans and leading teams Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software tools Ability to manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Relevant experience in the industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 are advantageous
