• Develop and implement PMO policies, processes, and governance frameworks to
ensure project alignment with organizational goals.• Oversee project portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, andrisk assessment.• Monitor and report on project performance, providing actionable insights to seniorleadership.• Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, templates,and tools.• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure smooth projectexecution.• Conduct regular project audits and health checks to ensure compliance with PMOstandards.• Manage PMO dashboards and reporting systems for accurate and timely updates tostakeholders.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.• Provide training, mentoring, and support to project managers and team members onbest practices.• Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and optimize resource utilization acrossprojects.
