Role - Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all phases of luxury residential and villa projects from design coordination to final handover. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in premium real estate construction, a deep understanding of RERA regulations, and proven experience in handling multiple high-end projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the execution of luxury apartment and villa projects from inception to completion within approved timelines and budgets.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.

· Ensure full adherence to RERA guidelines and manage all related documentation, approvals, and reporting requirements.

· Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.

· Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely decision-making to avoid project delays.

· Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

· Evaluate contractor performance and manage procurement of materials as per project needs.

· Provide detailed project reports and updates to senior management.

· Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to customers with high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree or PMP Certification preferred)

· Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury apartments or villa projects.

· Strong knowledge of RERA compliance and related real estate regulatory procedures.

· Proven experience in handling end-to-end project execution for premium developments.

· Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
