  and Smartsheet for project tracking • Experienced in managing cross-functional and cross-geography teams while ensuring clear communication, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery • Proven ability to handle budget forecasting, resource planning, vendor coordination, and reporting at senior leadership levels • Strong track record of driving stakeholder engagement and resolving conflicts across functions to ensure program success • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate business problems into structured project deliverables • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills to align diverse teams toward a common vision.

  Lead end-to-end project management for Marketo implementation, integrations

  (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign execution.

  Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors

  to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage asset migration including forms, landing pages, emails, and dynamic/static lists. Oversee campaign sync processes between Marketo and CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity and resolution of sync issues. Coordinate IP warming strategy and execution in collaboration with email and deliverability teams. Support subscription management setup and migration from sandbox to production. Facilitate training sessions and ensure access provisioning for new users. Track and report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies. Ensure compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
