Job Description

Urbanscape Properties, another company under the Bhima umbrella, aims to carry forward these same ethical standards and transparency into the real estate business.

A luxury real estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales targets for high-end flats and villas by developing and implementing strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring exceptional customer service for high-net-worth individuals. Key duties include setting sales goals, mentoring the sales team, building client relationships, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with other departments like marketing.

Role & responsibilities :

Team leadership: Lead, mentor, motivate, and train a team of luxury property sales agents to meet or exceed sales goals.

Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to target the ultra-luxury market and drive sales of premium properties.

Sales performance: Set sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and monitor performance to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors, providing personalized solutions and a high-end customer experience.

Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.

Sales execution: Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including property viewings and negotiations.

Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to create promotional materials and ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.

Reporting and compliance: Report on sales activities, manage the sales budget, and ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often required. (MBA preferred).

Skills:

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven track record in sales, preferably in the luxury market.

· Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics and client expectations.

· Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

· Experience in wealth management or financing large investments is a plus.
