Role Overview

Project Manager

responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of Convin's SaaS product deployment for

technical project management, SaaS

implementation, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving

and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

ensuring timely and quality delivery of Convin’s solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Technical Implementation Oversight:

Customer Success teams to ensure smooth integration and customization of

Convin’s platform.

Risk Management:

proactive mitigation strategies.

Process Optimization:

practices, and methodologies for efficient deployments.

Monitoring & Reporting:

alignment with business goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

teams to enhance the client onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

implementation, or enterprise software deployment.

Project Management Expertise:

methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks.

Technical Acumen:

Problem-Solving:

Communication & Leadership:
