What you’ll do Craft, test, and iterate on high-quality prompts to power AI-driven conversational experiences, especially in voice-based interfaces. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product teams to fine-tune prompt strategies for accuracy, personalization, and user intent recognition. Analyze prompt performance using internal metrics and real user conversations to improve AI responses over time. Design fallback strategies and handle edge cases within prompts to ensure reliable and context-aware user experiences. Build prompt libraries, templates, and documentation to streamline development across various customer use cases. Translate business requirements and domain knowledge into clear, goal-oriented prompt structures Work across multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on conversational consistency and usability. Requirements Experience in Conversation Design and Prompt Engineering Bonus points for experience in Journalism, Communication, English Literature, Creative Writing, Technical Writing, or related fields Writing experience (digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy) with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of defining, socializing, testing, iterating on, and delivering outstanding digital experiences Show more Show less
