What We’re Looking For: You're a perfect fit if you have: 6 to 12 years of total experience, ideally with a SaaS company in India Mandatory experience in selling to BFSI companies (banks, NBFCs, insurance, mutual funds, etc.) A proven track record of closing large deal sizes with enterprise clients in the BFSI sector Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles , client needs, and stakeholder management Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office and CRM tools A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Your Key Responsibilities: End-to-end sales: Prospecting, qualification, demos, nurturing, relationship management, and deal closures Build and manage a strong pipeline of BFSI enterprise accounts Understand and position Convin’s value proposition to solve BFSI-specific pain points Drive deep C-level engagements in large financial institutions Represent Convin at industry events, conferences , and strategic meetings Design and execute effective territory and account strategies Collaborate with internal teams for solution customization, product feedback, and execution Run high-quality webinars and presentations tailored to BFSI clients What to Expect After You Apply: Within 4 days : Our HR team will connect with you to schedule an intro call with a founder If it’s a mutual fit, the 2nd and 3rd rounds will be completed within a week The entire process will be wrapped up within 15 days of application Why This Role is a Great Opportunity: Monthly Learning Perk : Get reimbursed up to ₹1000/month for any book or course (even if it’s unrelated to work) Holiday Allowance : ₹24,000/year travel allowance for your getaways Rapid Learning Curve : Join a high-growth team in one of India’s hottest AI/ML SaaS startups Limitless Growth : Take ownership, innovate, and grow into leadership as we scale rapidly in BFSI Show more Show less
