Position Overview:

Project Head


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and environmental standards.

2. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor site managers, engineers, and on-site teams.
  • Assign tasks, track performance, and maintain workflow efficiency.

3. Financial Management

  • Prepare project cost estimates and control expenses.
  • Monitor cash flows and ensure adherence to financial protocols.
  • Liaise with finance department for timely payments and approvals.

4. Quality & Safety Assurance

  • Ensure strict compliance with construction quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain communication with clients, investors, and statutory bodies.

6. Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve issues related to project delays, cost overruns, and compliance.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation.
  • Present progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in project management in real estate/infrastructure.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
