We are seeking a Land Acquisition Executive with strong knowledge of land-related documentation and processes involving government departments. The role involves managing land records, supporting acquisition activities, and coordinating with authorities to ensure compliance and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle documentation related to land acquisition such as sale deeds, title reports, and legal records.
• Conduct preliminary verification and due diligence of land titles and ownership.
• Coordinate with government departments like Tehsildar office, Revenue, and Sub-Registrar for mutation, demarcation, and registration processes.
• Maintain updated land records and support legal compliance for acquisition.
• Assist in obtaining required NOCs, conversion, and other regulatory approvals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Legal or Land-related certification preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in land documentation and government liaison work

Skills:

• Strong understanding of land laws and documentation
• Good liaison skills with government and local authorities
• Record management and legal paperwork handling
